We have an email support line open and help buttons in the App. We will get back to you within one business day. Our comprehensive support for users avoids adding load on your IT service desk.  We take huge pride in our exceptional customer service - we work tirelessly to ensure all our customers feel supported and get the most out of our product.

From the administrative portal you can manage accounts, access data and track app usage. Plus we provide annual usage reports so that the value of the product is documented.

Our platform is safe and secure

We have implemented end-to-end encryption on our AWS servers. All data is stored on domestic Servers in the US or in Europe for international customers. We always follow best practices in data security and privacy. See our privacy policy for more information.

We provide a guide to get your IT systems configured when you start using Chapperone

We created a Quick Guide for School IT to ensure set-up is as simple as can be. For example, whitelisting our emails so that accounts can be verified and reminders are received. We know what goes into making software run smoothly from both our perspective and your IT department's perspective too.
